Thank you Lord that this was not yesterday! :-)
Today was a GREAT day! We're getting the hang of things. Grace is getting things so organized that we will know when and where everyone can help!
Did I say praise God for Sofia? Did I say praise God for Christine? Did I say thank you Mollie and Lori Adler????? Did I say praise God for Luke and all of team Kellie?
Strike three on Code Yellow for me but guess what? SUCCESS on attempt four! TOTAL!! Thank you Sofia!!!!!!
Kellie had some pretty down times today, but also, some really cool UPS!
We've found that we need to stop saying we don't need anything--we've started a list. Things we can't do and don't have--things we don't have time for. Yes, it is very blessed to give, but it is also a big blessing to receive!
Christine had a day off(well, she was here at 6am--but since then we have been on our own). A well needed and deserved rest! She and Jesse got their license! YAY! Maggie is home! Thank you Lord for bringing her home safely! She can't wait to visit Kellie.
We had an offer that we took up from the neighborhood association to build a ramp to get in the house. The Blockhouse Creek Neighborhood Association is paying for the materials and a member of our wonderful neighborhood is donating his carpentry skills! How exciting---we actually had a vision this afternoon of Kellie leaving the house--possibly watching a movie--out for lunch! Believe me, this is exciting--Kellie knowing that this is NOT the rest of her life---bed-wheelchair-bed-wheelchair...Kellie has a future! A bright future! A healing future! Thank you Father!
The evening ended with good friends, good fellowship. Thank you Father for your peace that resides over this house and Kellie's heart.
Midnight and Code Yellow was a SUCCESS! :-D
